Canada Media Fund: Spark

The Canada Media Fund collects fees from Canadian broadcasters and uses them to fund Canadian content. Our challenge was to turn this rather dry explanation into a 30 second spot that appealed to a wide variety of audiences on a more emotional level. Music by cypheraudio.
